Peter Buck
Peter Buck, born December 1956, is an American singer-songwriter. However, he was the lead guitarist of alternative rock band, R.E.M. Furthermore, he was also the co-founder of this band. Buck has a particularly interesting guitar style, because it is fairly simple but also very distinctive from everyone else. Buck uses open strings while chording to make chiming, yet memorable pop melodies. While using his sound on mid-period R.E.M albums, it saw the band rise to international popularity.

Paul Simon
Paul Simon has had an incredible career which has so far spanned over six decades. Simon is half of the famous duo of Simon & Garfunkel. Together, the duo released five studio albums and were on of the biggest groups of the 60s. Simon was an excellent guitarist, and even provided guitar on Garfunkel’s 1973 album, Angel Clare.
