Cashing In
After the infants were delivered, the tale became highly sought-after, and Nadya received a ton of proposals from tabloids. It makes sense that she cashed in and received payment for interviews since she is a single mother of fourteen kids. However, as the public’s interest dwindled, Nadya experienced a challenging period in her life. Nadya discussed that time with the reporter and pondered on how “I was doing it out of desperation and shortage so I could provide for my family. I was trying to be a fake, a caricature, which is something I’m not.” She then said, “All my life, I’ve been running from the actual world.” The interviewer dug deeper into her story as a result of the increased fascination this caused.

Nadya divulged to the reporter how she felt when she I was the archetypal victim—the victim of an alcoholic father, the victim of being an only child who was desperate to fill that gap, and the victim of fate since I was unable to conceive naturally. She said, “Most of all, my doctor mislead me.” The story now becomes much more compelling at this point. Nadya stated that her doctor, Dr. Kamrava, “told me we lost six embryos, he claimed they were expelled out of me, and that’s why he wanted to implant another six.” She initially only wanted twins.
