Natalie Suleman captioned this photo with “Could we be any more vegan?” on her Instagram account. Her six older children aren’t vegans, but her eight youngest enjoy raw greens, so they eat health shakes, golden or red beets, bell peppers, chard, and organic kale on a regular basis, in addition to home-cooked meals with quinoa and sprouted lentils. The kids’ snacks, such as the green apple raw almond butter combo that they normally have, are also vegan. Natalie was raised as an ethical vegetarian, so she was able to easily transition to a vegan lifestyle, which aided her body’s recovery from the various physical problems brought on by multiple pregnancies.

It’s not easy to get Natalie and her 14 children to pose for a family portrait, so every time they’re all in one spot, it’s worth snapping a photo of them laughing and smiling. “So THIS is what happened when we attempted to take a nice family photo with as many family members as possible,” Natalie captioned a photo on Instagram. Elijah, Amerah, and JJ aren’t in the photo, as is customary.” Natalie can now conveniently share a variety of special moments like this thanks to social media. Her posts are actually more fascinating as we get a peek into her life as a single mother raising 14 children on her own.
