Meet The Radfords
Sue and Noel Radford met when they were both just teenagers. It didn’t take much time before the couple was expecting their first child, Sue was just 14 years old at the time of her pregnancy, while Noel was 18. The young lovebirds then decided to get married in September 1992. The couple now lives in North-West England in a town called Lancashire.

As of 1999, the couple owns and runs Radford’s Pie Company, which is their main source of income for the large and expanding family. Britain’s Largest Family
Over the years, they have been famously known as “Britain’s largest family”. They even have their own TV show which pretty much reveals all that goes on in their daily lives of having 22 children, and what’s truly amazing is there is not one set of multiples! The latest one began to air in February 2021. Due to the significant size of the family and the desire to keep them all under one roof, they currently live in a former care home. Imagine that? Britain’s Largest Family
Christopher
As we mentioned before, Noel and Sue had their first child in 1989, they were both very young at the time. Christopher or has many call him Chris is the Radfords first son. Today he is 31 years and has two children, Maisie and Jacob with his girlfriend, Nicole Spencer. He is a huge fan of Liverpool FC and never misses a football game.
Sophie Radford-Broadley
Next on the family tree, is The Radford’s second child and first daughter, Sophie Rose. The absolutely gorgeous 27 years old is married to Joe and together they have 3 children, two daughters, and a son. Just prior to the release of 22 And Counting, Sophie took to Instagram saying 2020 was a terrible year, and after not being able to see her family she was excited to see what was coming! Along with being a full-time mom, she also sells fragrances, makeup, and skincare products.
Chloe
In 1995, The Radfords’ welcomed their third child and second daughter, Chloe Anne. Chloe also works in the Radford’s Pie Company by helping to make the pies. According to her dad, Noel, “Chloe is the next generation artisan pie maker, she has been in the shop for several years now. She also has some great suggestions for delicious new recipes”. However, that’s not the only specialty of Chloe’s – she also is an aspiring makeup artist…
Jack
Over the next five years, the family expanded quite quickly. Sue gave birth to three sons, each of them less than 2 years apart. The first son who then became the Radford’s fourth child was named Jack Richard. Almost immediately people could see the resemblance between baby Jack and big brother Christopher. Jack often prefers to stay out of the public eye as much as possible.
Daniel
In March 1999, Sue and Noel along with their other four children welcomed another baby boy – Daniel Leon. Today, the soon to be 22 year also works in the family business. According to his dad, Daniel helps out with anything and everything in the pie company. It can be taking orders, preparing the pies that need to be delivered, or making sure the place is completely spotless after a long, hard day’s work. He also loves spending time with his younger siblings. However, it’s pretty obvious that Daniel would rather be a professional football player.
Luke
In the United Kingdom, an average size family consists of two or three children. So with Sue Radford already expecting baby number 6, they were definitely not the “average family. And it seemed as though their expanding family was not going to come to a halt any time soon. Towards the end of 2000, Luke James was born. Much like many of the other members of his family, the 20-year-old loves to bake and play football.

After 4 sons and 2 daughters, Suzanne Rashford announced that she was pregnant yet again and was expecting a girl. Of course, everyone was overjoyed as team blue had been taking over the Radfords’ house for several years already. Millie Jo was born in 2001. At the beginning of 2020, 18-year-old, Millie took to Instagram to announce her pregnancy. At the end of the year, she gave birth to daughter Ophelia Jo, and she is just so adorable. But the Radford’s story is far from over…
