Becker has pursued a solo career following the disintegration of Cacophony in 1989, producing seven albums since his 1988 debut Perpetual Burn. Later, he joined David Lee Roth’s band and released A Little Ain’t Enough with him. Becker’s acting career was cut short when he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in 1989.
