The First Royal Marathon Runner
She was also the first member of the royal family to run a marathon. Princess Beatrice completed the London Marathon in 2010. We’re sure she’s proud of it because it’s a tremendous accomplishment for anybody! She wore colorful legwarmers and tutus to match her classmates. The race was organized to raise money for a variety of children’s charities, including Children in Crisis, which her mother established.
