Carrot Ginger Dressing

All you need for one cup are 2 medium carrots, 1 inch piece of ginger, 1/2 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of white miso, 2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, 2 teaspoon soy juice, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise start with puréeing the carrots and the ginger. Once that’s done, mix it with all the liquids and put it in the blender. The next step is to add 1/2 cup of water and blend it all together. The last step is to add the mayonnaise and put the blender on low speed for the perfect creamy texture.

Ginger-Miso Grilled Asparagus

Asparagus is not only super delicious but is one of the best side dishes. It goes well as a side for fish, meat and goes wonderful with potatoes, rice etc. If however, you only want to eat asparagus as a main dish, you should definitely try the ginger-miso grilled asparagus. The ingredients you need for this delicious recipe are 1/4 cup of sweet Japanese rice wine (mirin), 1/4 cup of white miso, 2 tablespoons of seasoned rice wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons of grated peeled ginger and 2 bunches of asparagus. Now take a bowl and mix the mirin, the miso, the vinegar and the ginger. Take the asparagus place them in a pot and pour the sauce over it. Now grill the asparagus and turn them around from time to time. Grill until crispy and then place them on a plate and drop some lemon juice over it and some chili flakes for the final finish.

All you need for it are 1 piece of peeled ginger, 4 chopped garlic cloves, 2 cups of chopped scallions, 1/4 cup of grape seed, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper, ;1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 4 packages of ramen noodles. Start by stirring ginger, garlic and 2/3 of scallions in a bowl. Meanwhile, heat the oil and put it over the scallion mixture. After 5 minutes, add the rest of the scallions to the mixture. Stir them in soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sesame oil and sugar. Let it sit while cooking the noodles. Once the noodles are done, mix them together with the mixture and top with some lemon juice.
